I would LOVE to know what kind of HAIRBRAINS are behind ignorant stuff such as this !?

Did the girls down at the T & A ask permission from an INMATE to pull out of the driveway to go to their little jobs where I am SURE they are overpaid ?!?! Or get their hair done for this past weekend ? ... OR WHATEVER ?????
